Track your order
Every order gets a tracking number the moment its shipping label prints — and there are three easy ways to follow it:
1. Your shipping email (fastest)
When your order ships, we email you a live tracking link. Click it any time to see exactly where your package is, scan by scan, with the current delivery estimate. This link always shows the freshest information.
2. Your account
Sign in to your account to see all your orders and their status in one place.
3. The Shop app
If you checked out with Shop Pay, your order also appears automatically in the Shop app with push updates at every step.

- Orders placed on a weekend start moving the next business day — see the timelines on our Shipping & Dispatch SLA page.
- Still nothing after 2 business days? Contact us with your order number and we'll pull the tracking for you by hand.
Delivery windows: Standard delivery runs 5–8 business days ($8, free over $70); Express is $15. If your tracking ever looks stuck for more than 3 days, tell us — we'd rather chase the carrier than leave you guessing.
